Rakesh Jambusaria, Founder
Rakesh Jambusaria was Asst. General Manager with a reputed private sector Bank with more than 25 years of management experience. An electronics engineer by training, he acquired his MBA in marketing and finance from NarseeMonjee Institute of Management Studies.
Rakesh has been exposed to various areas of banking and industry in his career. He has led large teams with diversified backgrounds. He has also steered and participated in recruitment, grooming, mentoring, performance evaluation, deciding ratings and promotions in his organisation.
He is also being invited by NMIMS, as a panel member to participate in their student admission exercises. Further, he is mentor to a few final year students at NMIMS guiding them in their endeavours to transit to the corporate domain.
Joy Fernandes, Associate
Joy comes with over 25 years’ domestic and global experience in cinema, TV, theatre, event management and stand-up comedy. He is an actor, director, author, playwright, scriptwriter, voice & acting coach and host.
He has worked and work-shopped with several voice and theatre experts (including the world-renowned Dame Cicely Berry, voice director of the Royal Shakespeare Company), during his extensive travel nationally and internationally.
Joy has conceived and designed EnterTrainment, which offers exciting theatre-based training solutions to the corporate sector.
CTC is also backed by a panel comprising of domain/ subject matter experts with experience in diverse industries/ professions like pharmaceutical, medical devices, banking, academia, counselling and manufacturing.
This panel brings with them vast combined corporate experience in areas including:
