Guest Lecture at University of Mumbai’s Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute for Financial & Management Studies

A guest lecture was conducted at University of Mumbai’s Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute for Financial & Management Studies on March 19, 2016.

The lecture dwelled on the key success factors leading to a successful attempt at securing the best possible placement for the participants with tips on astutely developing a winning Resume, how to participate in Group Discussions and Techniques of acing an Interview. The key take-ways that a prospective recruiter looks for in the above 3 processes were discussed. The factors that create differentiators in the process were debated and ideated.

The key non- functional skills that help create a head start to succeeding in corporate life were shared. Areas like corporate etiquette, dos, don’ts performance evaluation were discussed. The key transformation needed from academics to corporate arena were talked on.

The session was well received by the participants with feedback that this was an area of corporate readiness to which they had a first exposure in the session.

Guest Lecture at H.K. College of Pharmacy

A guest lecture was conducted at H.K. College of Pharmacy for the final year B.Pharm. and M.Pharm. students on January 15, 2016.

In the lecture insights on what makes a winning Resume, how to participate in Group Discussions and Techniques of acing an Interview were shared with the students. Concepts of what a potential recruiter looks for in the above 3 processes were discussed. Tips on how to stand out from the crowd and make a good impression for oneself were shared.
Also, once into a job, the non-functional skills that help create a head start to succeeding in corporate life were shared. Areas like corporate etiquette, dos, don’ts performance evaluation were discussed. The key transformation needed from academics to corporate arena were talked on.
The session was well received by the students. Feedback shows a rating of 4.8 on 5 for usefulness and 4.85 on 5 on the session being an interesting learning experience.
